Join Rochambeau Wines’ Jeff Wooddy and Bloomy Cheese & Provisions’ Jessica Galen for a very special meal featuring our favorite things: wine and cheese.
We’ll spend the evening upstairs in Saint George’s vibey Wine Attic. Saint George will provide a four-course meal to serve as the backdrop for an exploration of some of the wines and cheeses we’re most excited about right now. Through a guided wine and cheese tasting that punctuates each course, we will pair first-of-the-season early spring cheeses from the Northeast with rosés that highlight the diversity of this sometimes under-appreciated wine style.
