Join Kate Sonders Solomon, on Westchester’s “Best Of” list for her classes, and fourth generation fishmongress, Sasha Skon, for a culinary adventure through local seafood.
We will welcome you with an aperitif and oyster-shucking! Then, through a combination of demo and hands-on cooking, we’ll prepare and taste a crudo, Montauk-sourced sautées (choice of skate or fluke,) and a chilled dessert.
Additional libations will be available for purchase throughout the evening from the lovely Saint George team.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit NYAAF.
